He's had some major injury issues, and a search of Google News doesn't come up with any stories about him being a big part of the team. From what I've heard, he has a lot of talent, so a healthy Offutt might be deserving of the second tier of wings as a freshman. It's hard to say how much playing time he'll get this year, but he's definitely good enough to step right in and play.
